The Curragh Racecourse is delighted to announce Fitzpatrick’s Mercedes-Benz as the official car partner of the 2026 Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby Festival, one of Ireland’s premier sporting and social events taking place from 26th to 28th June.
The partnership brings together two iconic brands synonymous with excellence, prestige and performance. Fitzpatrick’s Mercedes-Benz, officially Ireland’s best Mercedes-Benz dealership following on from winning numerous prestigious awards in 2026, will enjoy a prominent presence throughout the three-day Irish Derby Festival, which attracts thousands of racegoers, international visitors and racing enthusiasts to The Curragh each year.
As part of the sponsorship agreement, Fitzpatrick’s Mercedes-Benz will showcase a selection of its latest luxury and performance vehicles during the festival, providing racegoers with an opportunity to experience the innovation, craftsmanship and quality associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
The partnership also includes sponsorship of the Fitzpatricks Mercedes-Benz Apprentice Derby, one of the most coveted races for aspiring champion jockeys on Friday and the competitive Fitzpatrick’s Garage Group Handicap taking place on Saturday
