New MG4 EV Urban line-up confirmed for Ireland with three variants and competitive entry pricing

Dublin, 23rd April: MG Motor Ireland has today announced the Irish launch of the all-new MG4 EV Urban, a fully electric hatchback designed to deliver a refined, well-equipped and highly practical driving experience for everyday life.
Arriving soon, the MG4 EV Urban will be offered in three trim levels for the Irish market, combining strong electric range, rapid charging capability and advanced in-car technology, all within a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior. The MG4 EV Urban has been developed with real-world usability in mind, from daily commuting to longer journeys.
Inside, the MG4 EV Urban places a strong emphasis on space and intelligent functionality, with generous space for both front and rear passengers, alongside 30 storage areas throughout the cabin. A spacious boot and flexible seating configuration further enhance its suitability for families and everyday use.
MG Motor Ireland has confirmed the full pricing and line-up for Ireland as follows:
MG4 EV Urban Standard Range Comfort (43kWh) – from €22,995 Up to 325km range (WLTP)
MG4 EV Urban Long Range Comfort (54kWh) – from €25,795 Up to 416km range (WLTP)
MG4 EV Urban Long Range Premium (54kWh) – from €28,795 Up to 405km range (WLTP)
All models feature a contemporary dual-screen layout, combining a central touchscreen with a digital driver display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included as standard, alongside MG iSMART connected services. Physical controls for key functions support ease of use, while a suite of advanced driver assistance systems enhances safety and driving confidence.
With battery options of 43kWh and 54kWh, the MG4 EV Urban is designed to support both everyday driving and longer journeys. Rapid charging capability enables a 10–80% charge in approximately 30 minutes, helping to keep drivers moving with minimal interruption.
Alongside the launch, MG Motor Ireland is introducing 0% finance across the 262 MG range. The company is also introducing service plans for the first time in Ireland, with a three-year plan available from €99 on EV models and €299 on hybrid models, providing added reassurance and cost certainty for customers.
