We wish to recruit a Senior Sales Executive to join our successful sales team and embark on an exciting sales career with Fitzpatrick's Mercedes-Benz. This is truly an amazing time to join the Fitzpatrick's team as we embark on our journey to build a new home for Mercedes-Benz at our landmark site at Junction 13, adjacent to Kildare Village.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years selling experience in a main franchise dealer environment, preferably with premium brand experience

• Be target driven, possess strong sales skills and with a demonstrable track record of success in both new and used retail car sales

• Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a strong focus on customer care and retention

• Be computer literate with strong organisational skills

• Previous experience of CDK/Kerridge/Keyloop is an advantage

• Be self-motivated, hard-working, and dedicated to achieving high standards and results

• Be highly motivated with a strong customer focus.

• A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.

• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.

• Full clean driver’s license

Candidates will have the ability to work on their own initiative, while contributing significantly and enthusiastically to the successful running of our sales operations.
