Winners of the SIMI Aftersales Operation of the Year 2026, we are currently recruiting Technicians for our Service Departments based in Kildare Town, Naas, Tullamore and Carlow to work in our modern, well-equipped multi-franchise workshops. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with customers, management, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

• Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles as required.

• Carry out all work to the highest standards in accordance with dealership & manufacturer’s standards.

• Keeping updated with technical product information.

• Maintain a clean, orderly workplace, adhering to all company policies, procedures & safety standards.

• Road testing, and quality control checks as required.

The successful candidates will have:

• Minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience, ideally working with one of our main franchises, i.e.  Hyundai, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Opel, Mercedes-Benz, MG, Leapmotor.

• Experience in all aspects of vehicle servicing, engine overhaul, diagnostics, and electronics.

• Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative.

• Ability to clearly communicate, to ensure the smooth & efficient flow of work.

• Be efficient and capable of producing high-quality work consistently.

• Full, clean driving licence.
