Report a Concern

If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to provide us with feedback using our form. We will aim to respond to you within 48 hours.

Fitzpatrick's Garages has been at the pinnacle of the Irish motor industry for over seven decades. We place great importance on the feedback of our customers and all concerns will be investigated and responded to initially by the selling dealership or other relevant team. If not resolved, your concern may then be escalated.

Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Opel may send out brief surveys following your visit to one of our showrooms. If you are happy with your service, can you please give us a 10 or 5 stars? These surveys relate to your experience in the dealership and with our staff, so we would be grateful if you could score us as high as possible. All customers who score us a 10 will enter our monthly draw for a €250 Kildare Village Gift Card.
