Fitzpatricks Garage Group is currently recruiting Apprentice Panel Beaters to join our award-winning Accident Repair Centre in Kildare Town.

This four-year apprenticeship is offered in conjunction with SOLAS and involves both on and off-the-job training. Once successfully completed, the apprentice will be awarded a QQI level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in Vehicle Body Repairs.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Stripping damaged vehicles

• Preparing vehicles for repair work

• Repairing vehicles to the highest standards

• Ensuring compliance with established Job Card procedures

• Communicating all potential issues in advance to the Manager/Supervisor.

• Ensuring compliance with safe working/operating practices

What are we looking for?

• You will be diligent and work well under pressure.

• Be able to work to high standards and be highly motivated to learn.

• Have a passion for cars with great attention to detail

• Be able to work well as part of a team.

• You are required to have a full clean driver's licence.

• Fluent English
